Coban salata - Turkish salad M
Coban salata is a Turkish salad made from tomatoes, cucumber and peppers seasoned with fresh mint, lemon juice and sumac.
3 sivri peppers, or 1 green bell pepper
3 green onions
1 small bundle of fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint or 2 tsp. dried mint
50 ml olive oil
1 Tbsp. sumac
1. Chop all vegetables and allow draining in a strainer or a colander.
2. Add all the vegetables to a bowl, add juice from one lemon, sprinkle with salt, sumac and olive oil and then mix the salad.
3. Put on a serving plate, sprinkle with a little sumac and serve.
