Spaghetti with garlic, chili and Pecorino
400 g spaghetti
2 pieces of garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 red chili, thinly sliced and pitted
4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
1 pot of parsley, chopped
Plenty of fresh pecorino
1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
2. Fry the garlic lightly in olive oil.
3. Mix the freshly cooked pasta with garlic, chili and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve with freshly grated pecorino cheese.
