Button mushroom pasta M
Button mushroom pasta, creamy pasta sauce made from buttom mushrooms, white wine and topped with fresh arugula.
400 grams spaghetti
200 grams mushrooms, e.g. white button or chestnut
4 garlic cloves
50 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
200 ml white wine
50 g arugula
50 g Parmesan, grated
salt and black pepper
1. Cook the pasta accordingly to the instructions on the package. Drain in a strainer or colander when done.
2. In a frying pan, fry mushrooms and garlic in Extra Virgin olive oil.
3. Add white wine and cook for a couple of minutes.
4. Mix the pasta with the mushrooms and add Parmesan and arugula, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
