Donburi with salmon recipe
Cook time: 15 min
1 cup dashi
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. sake
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. mirin
1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
3/4 cup cooked salmon, largely flaked
steamed rice, 4 servings
green onions, thinly sliced
1. To a frying pan add dashi, sugar, sake, soy sauce and mirin. Bring to a boil.
2. Lower heat to medium and add onion. Cook for 2 minutes and then add salmon.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add to the frying pan over the salmon and onion. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Serve with rice and finish by sprinkle with green onions.
